Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi, Thursday, to "cease fire" and ruled out the dialogue and at the same time the departure of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
The Libyan Prime Minister in a press conference in Tripoli that the rebels approaching them on what appears to be "It's time for an immediate cease-fire."
He stressed that his government was in contact to reach a political solution to the conflict that shake the country since February last year.
Al-Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi said, "Now, because of some data and requests for our people and the government we can say that a peaceful political solution is the only solution." But he reiterated that "the fate of Gaddafi will not be subject to negotiation."
"We are ready for dialogue immediately to end this crisis immediately. We have had since the days of communication to reach a political solution soon," without adding any details.
